Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.C.MANIYARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16498 of 2021 on 27.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending and the first petitioner is having 3 previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16498 of 2021 on 27.10.2021 is relaxed insofar as the second petitioner is concerned and he shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11971 of 2021 police as and when required for interrogation. Insofar as the first petitioner is concerned, condition is modified and he shall report before the respondent police one in 15 days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
