RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O P (MD) No. 17825 of 2021 dt. 16.11.2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJKUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17825 of 2021 on 16.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17825 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed before the concerned Court on 28.11.2021 and the same has not been taken on file sofar.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17825 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the trial Court the petitioner shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
