O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for expeditious completion of the investigation to file the charge sheet in Crime No.1340 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 283, 337, 338of IPC and 339, 340 of Tamil Nadu District Municipality Act 1920.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready and requested two weeks time to submit the charge sheet before the trial Court.
