ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, vide the letter in D.NO.160/2021, dated 25/01/2021 and for Mr.N. Pragalathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), for the respondent 1, this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thoothukudi, to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16049 of 2019 on 06.11.2019. The Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, (the case with whom is now pending) has sought for further extension of time of six months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, in the letter in D.No.160/2021 dated 25.01.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
