The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016 and to initiate actions against the fifth respondent under Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and Rules 1988 and to initiate criminal prosecution for furnishing false statement and tampering the records. 2/4

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
