ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that the Civil Revision Petition arises out of the suit for partition. Pending this Civil Revision Petition, the partition suit has been amicably settled between the parties and hence, nothing nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Peition.

3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel on either side, the instant Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
