ORDER

The writ petitioner has invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court seeking orders to quash the impugned order of the first respondent dated 25.01.2016 in Na.Ka.No.P4/2062/2013 by issuing a writ of Certiorari.

2.Admittedly, the writ petitioner had not produced all the registered documents standing in his name before the District Revenue Officer, as a result of which, the impugned order came to be passed stating that the writ petitioner has not proved his case.

Therefore, interest of justice would be sub-served, if the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the first respondent for fresh consideration. 2/4

The first respondent shall issue notice of hearing to the parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conclude the enquiry, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
