When this contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the encroachers had been given six months breathing time to vacate. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition if evenafter six months encroachment is not cleared. This contempt petition is closed accordingly.
