Based on the letter, the learned counsel has circulated a letter, dated, 25.03.2022 seeking permission to withdraw. The permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
