The petitioner claiming to be a member of Nadar Maha Jana Sangam has submitted a representation to the first respondent on 15.06.2016 with regard to certain appointments made in S.Vellaisamy Nadar College run by Nadar Maha Jana Sangam and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of this petitioner dated 15.06.2016. 2.This writ petition has not even admitted and pending from the year 2016. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 22.12.2016, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition was adjourned to 09.01.2017 and again it has been adjourned on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Today(06.10.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, a representation has been made that Mr.J.Selvin Rajesh has given change of Vakalat to the petitioner. However, no memo has been filed to that effect.

4.Considering the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, considering the manner in which this writ petition has been prosecuted from the year 2016 and also taking into consideration of the fact that this writ petition is not entertained by this Court, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
