ORDER

This Petition had been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the second respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.181 of 2022 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that for the offence that is alleged to have been committed by the accused in the year 2020, FIR was registered in the year 2022. Therefore, the Investigation Officer seeks further time of six months to complete the investigation. He further submits that the anticipatory bail application filed by the accused is still pending before this Court.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as undertaken by him/her. 4.With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
