PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 09.08.2023 vide CSR No.203/2023, within the time prescribed by this Court.

O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus to the respondent police to dispose of the representation dated 09.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner is received by the police and is registered as CSR.No.203 of 2023 and reported that within short time, the police will dispose of the same.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.203 of 2023 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
