After presenting an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, the present writ petition is filed for the expeditious disposal thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be disposed of within three months.

3. In view of the limited scope of this writ petition, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondent in this writ petition. Instead, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other party to such appeal. No costs.
