Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure and produce the person or body of the detenue, namely Dhivya Bharathi D/o.V.Radhakrishnan aged about 23 years and produce before this Court and set her liberty to petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Claiming that the petitioner got married to one Dhivya Bharathi on 30.01.2023 and that she is forcibly detained by her parents, who are now taking steps to get her married to some other person, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was already legally married to the daughter of the third respondent, Dhivya Bharathi. The petitioner, his wife Dhivya Bharathi and her father/third respondent herein are present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said Dhivya Bharathi intends to live with the petitioner herein and that the third respondent also has no objection towards the same.
3. In view of these developments, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to join with his wife and live in the matrimonial house.
4. With the above observations, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
