ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 24.10.2016 rejecting the request of the petitioner for grant of certain information and for consequential direction to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner.
2.By order dated 20.10.2022, this Court had directed to get the information sought for by the petitioner in query No.4 relating to the seniority list of the year 1997-1998 of Assistant Account Officer, which was prepared as per G.O.Ms.No. 368, dated 18.10.1993. As this order was not complied with, further order was passed on 20.12.2022, which reads as under:- 2/4
"By order dated 20.0.2022, this Court has directed the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent to produce the Seniority list of the year 1997-1998 of Assistant Account Officer, which was prepared as per G.O.Ms.No.368, dated 18.10.1993. 2.When this matter came up for further hearing on 29.11.2022, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent had sought time and thereafter the matter is being listed today. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.10.2022.
4.Post this matter on 06.01.2023, if the order is not complied with, the 2nd respondent is directed to be present before this Court on 09.01.2023."
3.Pursuant to the said order, the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent had produced the information sought for by the petitioner. Hence, there is no further adjudication required to be made in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved that the information provided do not contain the relevant purpose, it is for him to challenge the same in the appropriate manner known to law.
