The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus seeking a disposal of his petition, dated 28.12.2023.

2. It is now brought to the notice of the Court that the said application has been disposed of on 02.12.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 02.12.2024 in a manner known to law.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
