ORDER

This revision petition has been preferred against the order that was passed by the trial Court directing the respondent to register the complaint. 2.Now when the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.11.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuance to the above said order, FIR in Crime No.43 of 2022 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC, on 26.10.2022. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed for maintainability.

3.Since the FIR has been already registered, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
