RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16804 of 2021 dated 29/10/2021 by this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALUMAHENDRAN,G, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16804 of 2021 on 29.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16804 of 2021 on 29.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

No.16804 of 2021 on 29.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
