ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumariah, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a charge memo was issued by the respondents on 20.06.2019 for certain misconduct against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 02.07.2019. So far the respondents have not concluded the disciplinary proceedings. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ petition.

W.P.(MD) No.23194 of 2019 4.Mr.T.Senthil Kumariah, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the disciplinary proceedings will be completed within a time limit fixed by this Court.

5. Though the petitioner filed the present Writ petition for a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within a time limit fixed by this Court, recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, without deciding the issue on merits, the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
