ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to execute the warrant against the respondent No.3 for the sentence passed in S.T.C.No.810 of 2016 on 26-04-2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent is not available in the address furnished in the warrant. Further, the petitioner had also not co-operated with the respondent No.2 to execute the warrant.

3.In the light of the aforesaid submission that since the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already acted upon the said warrant, no specific direction can be issued to them as prayed for. However, the petitioner shall co-operate with the second respondent by providing the present address of the third respondent. If the correct address of the third respondent is provided by the petitioner, the second respondent shall act in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of 12.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Madurai -625002.
