ORDER
After some arguments, Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of the writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition assailing the same impugned order if the writ petitioner is able to produce a copy of the appeal dated 15.06.2015 and highlight the provision of law.
2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
3. Permitted to withdraw.
4. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
