pending on the file of the respondent police station, registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) of IPC.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, which was taken on file as T.N.M.D. No.456 of 2023.

3.Since the investigation has already been completed, the cause does not survive for the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so.
