PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondent No.3 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.3 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the fourth respondent herein gave a complaint stating that the property, which belongs to him bearing Registration No.TN 18 AR 6717 was pledged by the petitioner some years back for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-. Even though, the complainant is ready to redeem the above said property, the petitioner is not co-operate for the same.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said property is under the custody of one Nizam.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the third respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of 2/4

harassment here.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
