2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has submitted the certified copy of the order in O.S.No.258 of 2009, in which the Civil Revision Petition has arisen, has been dismissed for default, on 04.11.2022. Therefore, he would submit that nothing survives in this matter.
3. Hence, the instant Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
