ORDER

The petitioner prays for mandamus forbearing the official respondents namely Director and Joint Director of Collegiate Education from granting approval for the appointment of private respondents 6 to 8 as non teaching staff of the Devangar Arts College, Arupukottai.

2. Mr. Aswin Rajasimma learned counsel for the private respondents would state that pending writ petition approval has been granted for their appointment by order of R2 dated 15.10.2018 and the said order remains unchallenged by the petitioner.

3. In such circumstances nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
