Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to recover the compensation award amount of Rs.4,67,147/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand and Hundred and Forty Seven only) along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of the accident i.e., on 27.02.2011 up to the date of recovery from the 4th respondent as per the award in W.C.No.141 of 2011 dated 11.01.2017 and consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent in No.AA4/1207/2017 (AA4/1207/2017) dated 27.02.2018 payable to the petitioner by invoking Revenue Recovery Act within a reasonable time that may be stipulated by this court. The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that pursuant to the order of this Court, the person concerned deposited the award amount of Rs.4,00,000/-. However, for the balance amount, the authorities are bound to proceed under Revenue Recovery Act, 1890.
