O R D E R This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to comply with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilacottai in Crl.M.P.No.3516/2023 dated 20.06.2023 and register the FIR. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that as per the directions of the learned Magistrate, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry and having found that there is no cognizable offence, the enquiry was closed. The copy of the enquiry report is also furnished to the petitioner in the open Court.
