RESPONDENTS / RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents and all those who are claiming through them from in any way alienating or encumbering the schedule mentioned properties which are file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Madurai in any manner whatsoever till the disposal of the above appeal and in the meantime grant an exparte order of ad interim injunction to the same effect till the disposal of this application.

PRAYER IN AS(MD) No.198 of 2018:

To allow the present appeal and set aside the judgment and decree dated 09.10.2018 passed in O.S.No.218 of 2010 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Madurai in respect of B and C schedule properties and to decree the suit as prayed for with costs throughout.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the appeal is right for final hearing, the interim injunction already granted is made absolute.
