ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to secure petitioner's wife Usha Rani(Aged 30) and Children Stephen Raj( aged 12), Diliphen Raj(Age 9) and to produce before this Honourable Court.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner with allegation that his wife and two children were missing, the second respondent registered a case in crime No. 139 of 2019 a 'Women Missing and Boy Missing'. Now the second respondent conducted investigation on the crime registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3. During investigation, it is revealed that due to family dispute the wife of the petitioner left the matrimonial home with her children. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
