ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.11776 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.11776 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders except on 29.08.2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
