ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that pending the writ petition, the electricity connection had been drawn in the petitioner's land and it had also been effected to the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

2. In such view of the matter, the prayer sought for in this writ petition had become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take out an appropriate application in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
