Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the complainant dated 22.12.2018 and take necessary action against the Accused persons as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.510 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the complainant dated 22.12.2018 and take necessary action against the Accused persons as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.510 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.510 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019, the second respondent police did not take any action against the accused person. Hence the present petition.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on the direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.M.P.No.510 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019, the second respondent police is directed to register the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
