This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in in Crime No.23 of 2018, dated 02.11.2018 on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioner.

2.Today, (i.e., 26.11.2019) when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation in this case and filed a final report before the concerned court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.143 of 2019.
