This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the investigation is almost completed in Crime No.74 of 2023 and charge sheet is about to be filed before the concerned Court within a short time. It is further submitted that the enquiry in respect of the representation dated 16.08.2023 would be completed as quickly as possible.
3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry in the representation filed by the petitioner, dated 2/4
16.08.2023 as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
