ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to remove the tamarind tree, standing in his land in Survey No.134/3B1 in Patta No.760, situated at Vakkampatti Village, Attur Taluk, Dindigul District, for the purpose of constructing a house.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has constructed the house by removing the tamarind tree. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
