This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.09.2024 and consequently, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation made before the respondents, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent in the petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
