RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1604 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition against the judgment passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2012 dt 3.11.2014 confirming the Judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioners and the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1604 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment in Crl.A.No.3 of 2012, dated 03.11.2014 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, confirming the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur in C.C.No.50 of 2009, dated 03.11.2011.

CRL MP(MD) No.10050 of 2019 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
