With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner with a grievance that his representation, dated 07.11.2022 and 14.11.2022 have not been considered has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the application was made under Patta Passbook Act and therefore, the respondents are conducting the enquiry and yet to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the second respondent has already conducted an enquiry, this 2/4

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
