This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection for constructing the Madasamy Temple at S.No.990/6 in Vasudevanallur Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, pursuance to the petitioner's representation, dated 28.08.2024 on the file of the first respondent herein.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed.
