This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, her family members and property comprised in Survey No.771/2015 to an extent of 2 cents situated at Sangu Pillai Pudur, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.10.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, does not arise.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on a fresh cause of action, if so advised.
