ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.226 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 wherein this Court has directed the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.In compliance with the order of this Court, the proceedings have been issued by the third respondent on 09.10.2025 rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is so advised. No costs. 22.10.2025.
