ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Issuance of notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner herein has filed a revision petition before the second respondent challenging the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti. The said revision petition is pending for more than one year. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, notices shall be issued to the rival claimants for hearing them. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
