This writ petition is filed for direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2016, sent 1/3
to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry under Section 82 of the Registration Act within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition against the Official respondents as well as the private respondents for the under-valuation made in the sale deed registered on 30.09.2016. Further, the learned counsel submitted that after came to know about the false statement made by the private respondents before the Registering Authority, the present writ petition is filed for taking appropriate action against the Official respondents.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent has initiated the proceedings under Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act. 5.Since the prayer in the writ petition has been complied by initiating the proceedings under Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
