ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.24 of 2023 on 26.01.2023 for the alleged offences under Section 67A of Information Technology Act 2000 and Section 354D IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed a final report on 17.03.2023 through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

4. Recording the same, in case of issuance of any memo to rectify the defects, the respondent is directed to rectify the defects in the charge sheet and re-submit the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the learned Judicial 2/4

Magistrate, Sivagiri is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
