PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the petitioner shall continue to be the Member/Executive Committee Member of the second respondent Council till his successor is been duly elected or nominated to CCIM, whichever is longer, till the re-constitution of CCIM, in accordance with law and consequently permit the petitioner to attend all the meetings of CCIM and to perform all functions associated with the said post.

This writ petition is filed to declare that the petitioner shall continue to be the Member/Executive Committee Member of the second respondent Council till his successor is been duly elected or nominated to Central Council of Indian Medicine. 2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits 2/5

that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
