Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order of recovery passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.T1/11880/92/2017, Ma/AA.No.860/2017 dated 28.06.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to re-fix the pensionary benefits to the petitioner as per pension payment order issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in No.POL.V/05/2016, 20.04.2016 and to direct the third respondent to pay monthly pension as Rs.9825/-. Commutation as Rs.3,28,980/- and D.C.R.G (Death cum retirement gratuity) as Rs.7,07,408/- along with the arrears within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would express satisfaction with the aforesaid order and does not wish to pursue to challenge in this petition any further.
