ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the complaints given by the respondents 4 and 5 in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one of the victim, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.309 of 2024 against the petitioner for job racketing, that subsequently the fourth respondent has lodged a similar complaint against the petitioner and that though they have issued summons to the petitioner to appear before the third respondent, taking note of the fact that on the basis of the earlier complaint, FIR was registered against the petitioner, they have closed the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
