2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a positive final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, on 01.12.2020. However, the jurisdictional Magistrate is yet to take a call in the matter. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
