ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to provide adequate and necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on their complaint dated 09.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.1003 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
