JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN,J) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the fair and decretal 1/4

order made in G.O.P.No.51 of 2019, dated 30.06.2022, on the file of Family Court, Thanjavur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The subject-matter in this appeal is relating to custody of minor child and there is a fight between the spouses regarding the custody of their minor child.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the minor child has now attained the age of majority. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and as such, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed.
